  • 4 cloves garlic, Peeled
  • 150 grams brown onion, Cut into quarters
  • 40 grams Salted butter
  • 300 grams chicken breast, Cut into strips
  • 125 grams frozen peas
  • 125 grams frozen corn kernels
  • 300 grams arborio rice
  • 550 grams water
  • 1 heaped tablespoon chicken stock paste
  • 1 level tablespoon curry powder, Keens brand

Recipe's preparation

    Curry Chicken risotto
  1. Place garlic into bowl and chop 3sec, speed 9
  2. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add onion and chop 4sec, speed 5.
  3. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add butter and chicken strips to bowl. Sauté 10min, varoma, speed 0.5, reverse blade.
  4. Weigh rice into simmering basket, and wash thoroughly under running water. Add to bowl with water, chicken stock, curry powder, frozen peas and corn. Cook 10min, 100 degrees, speed 1, reverse blade.
  5. Leave risotto to rest for 10 minutes to absorb remaining liquid.
