  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 100 g Thermomix unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g chocolate chips (extra to garnish)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9.

    2.  Add cream cheese and butter and cream 15 sec/speed 4.  Scrape down sides of mixing bowl using spatula and cream 10 sec/speed 4.

    3.  Add vanilla and choc chips and mix 20 sec/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 3.

Tip

Serve with sliced apples, strawberries or salted crackers.  Add more chocolate or chopped up biscuits for added texture.

    Great idea! I didn't have any chocolate chips so made it with 30g of cocoa and replaced raw sugar with 100g dextrose powder. Yummo!

    Yum! I only added 70g of sugar and it was plenty. I served with strawberries and chocolate covered finger biscuits. Was a hit  tmrc_emoticons.)

    I actually discovered this dip about 18 moths ago and it still has the wow factor...every time!

    Everyone Loooves it!!

    I do reduce the sugar though (60-70g). Thanks for sharing tmrc_emoticons.)

    Served with quartered strawberries and tiny teddy biscuits. Huge hit all round. Will definitely be making again. Thanks for such a yummy recipe.

    Yum. tmrc_emoticons.p  I've sliced up some Lattice biscuits into sticks to use for dipping. Goes great with strawberries too
