I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Mill rolled oats. 6 secs/Speed 8. Set aside.
2. Mill nuts of your choosing. 6secs/Speed 8.
3. Add oats back into the TM along with all other ingredients. Use the scales to measure as you add the other ingredients.
4. Mix all together. 40 secs/Speed 4 was adequate, however feel free to use alternatives. Mixture should be slightly crumbly in appearance but come together when rolled into balls.
5. Roll into balls, place in container and chill.
6. Eat at will.
Putting it together

My favorite bliss ball recipe because it is date free! This is so yummy, thank you! My first batch I had cashews, macadamia nuts, pecan and hazelnuts adding to 130g. Reduced rice malt syrup to 60g, used dessiccated coconut and 55g coconut oil.
Yummy recipe! So great to see a ball recipe that is date free (for those of us who avoid fructose). These were a hit with the family with fresh strawberries.
