Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9.
Insert butterfly whisk. Add egg white and cook 1 min/65°C/speed 4, without measuring cup. Scrape egg whites off the blades with spatula, then cook for a further 1 min/65°C/speed 4, without measuring cup. Remove butterfly whisk.
Add frozen corn and start Blend
"Blend" /1 min.
Re-insert butterfly whisk. Mix 1 min/speed 4 or until soft, smooth consistency. Remove butterfly whisk.
Serve immediately or place into a freezable container and store in the freezer until ready to serve.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
