250g cream plus 250g milk does not make 1 liter of ice cream. 🤷🏻♀️
Awesome
Yummy but the recipe is confusing with the cream? Next time I will double the cream and skip the milk! The milk makes it less creamy and more icy! But flavour was good!
Hi there, in your recipe it says to hold off the cream and add it in with butterfly after you have frozen the first lot? In the book it is only one lot of 250g cream and it is added in all at once? Sorry still confused

Has any one clarified the '250 + cream' ??? Really want to try it.
I'm new to thermo too and I'm also confused about the amount of cream. Was hoping to make this today. Can anyone clarify?
Hi, I'm confused about the "250 g + cream" since you wrote to put in all ingredients "except 1 lot of 250g cream". Does that mean you have 2 lots of 250g of cream? Thanks! It looks delicious!
This is a great recipe ! Thank you for supplying it
