Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Weigh all ingredients into Thermomix bowl, turn on thicken mode. This will then cook and thicken mixture for around 10-12 minutes.

    2. Once completed, serve warm or cold. This mixture will fill 4 little thermo glasses, if needing more, double recipe.

    3. If you make this recipe I'd love to know.

    Recipe is created for
    TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Taiye555: hey, thats really unfortunate as I have made it so many times I have lost count and it works every single time. It should have a yogo like consistancy, not sauce.

I really wanted this to work but it didn't set and was really rich, so ended up being a runny rich chocolate sauce.
