Vanilla Yoghurt - Easiyo
- 80 grams Vanilla Pot Set Yoghurt (I use Jalna), or reserved from a previous batch
- 50 grams Full cream powdered milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 20 grams raw sugar
- 800 grams Full cream UHT milk

Preheat the Easiyo thermos with boiling water whilst making the yohurt.
Add all ingredients into the jug. Set the temperature to 37, speed 3 for 10 minutes.
When 1 minute is left on the timer, empty the boiling water out of the thermos and add new boiling water to the first line in the thermos, insert the red insert.
When the yoghurt is ready, pour into the Easiyo container, screw lid on, carefully place into the thermos and fasten the lid.
I let it stand for 10 hours. Then remove the container from the thermos (Do not open the container yet) and put it in the fridge for another 10 or so hours. Then enjoy.
Tip
I put a note onto the thermos saying DO NOT TOUCH. Reserve 80g ready to start your next batch.
I generally make mine in the morning, then put it in the fridge overnight.
