Ingredients
- 80 grams Quinoa flakes
- 60 grams cashew nuts
- 60 grams Macadamia Nuts
- 30 grams Organic Coconut Shredded
- 30 grams Chia Seeds.
- 60 grams Vanilla Pea Protein Powder
- 2 heaped teaspoons cacao powder
- 4 teaspoons instant coffee granules, Melted in 30g Hot Water
- 80 grams coconut oil
- 80 grams rice milk

Add Quinoa Flakes to Thermomix 5 sec sp 9 Scrape down
Add Cashew and Macadamia Nuts 10 sec sp 9 Scrape down
Add all dry ingrediants except Coffee, Coconut oil and Rice Milk. 10 sec sp 5
Add Coffee, oil and Rice Milk 5 sec sp 4 or until all oil is mixed in
Scrape out into freezer mate or small flat container. Press down with your fingers and place in the freezer or fridge. I prefare to eat straight from the freezer.
Tip
Almonds or any other nuts made be used instead of Cashews and Macadamia Nuts
Instead of Rice milk. Any liquid may be used eg. orange juice, almond milk, water
Any Vanilla/Plain Protein Powder can be used, if not dairy free
Any flavour can be used if you dont want coffee. Eg Peppermint, Orange, Vanilla Paste
