Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add oil and butter to TMClosed lid"Closed lid" and melt - 5 min/37deg/speed 2. Extend time if your butter hasn't fully melted.

    2. Throw in dates and cacao powder and blitz - 20 seconds/speed 7.

    3. Fill each cavity of a chocolate mould with one or two pieces of dried fruit and a pinch of crushed almonds (or one whole almond in each cavity).

    4. Pour chocolate mixture on top and place tray in freezer until set - 1-2hrs.

    5. Eat them all tmrc_emoticons.) !!!

Tip

You can sprinkle fruit and nuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper and pour chocolate on top for a 'bark' style treat.

Chocolate will melt quite quickly when in contact with warm skin. A small price to pay, in my opinion, for natural raw chocolate with no added sugar.
