Ingredients
Curry
- 1 onion, halved
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50g coconut oil
- 1 Capsicum, green or red
- 3-4 button mushrooms, medium
- 1/2 zucchini, medium
- 140g tomato paste, tin or homemade
- 1 can coconut cream, small, ayam brand is best
- 1 tsp Cardamom ground
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 chicken breast, diced into medium sized pieces
To serve
- rice, OR
- Cauliflower Rice, OR
- cabbage leaf

1. Add onion and garlic to TM and chop - 3 sec/speed 6
2. Add coconut oil and saute - 5 min/120 deg/speed 1
3. Add capsicum, mushrooms and zucchini and chop - 5 sec/speed 6
4. Add tomato paste, coconut cream, and spices and blend - 5 sec/speed 6
5. Insert butterfly
6. Add chicken and cook - reverse 18 min/100 deg/speed 1
7. Serve with rice, or cauliflower rice, or in a cabbage leaf as pictured

Tip
Add some brocolli and carrot sticks to the varoma in step 6 if you want to serve with extra veggies.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
