I'm cooking this today

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add sunflower kernels, pumpkin kernels, goji berries, chia seed, slivered almonds, macadamias and mix on Speed 6 for 6 Seconds

This should give it a nice and fine dry consistency, but still with some crunch.

Then add the remaining ingredients and put on Speed 5 for 30 seconds

Use your fingers to scoop into small balls. I made 30 balls, and used dessicated coconut to coat them, but they are just as good without the coconut

Tip

Feel free to play around with flavours. I stuck to lighter fruits this time, but you can add cacao powder and prunes to make a chocolate version.

I used agave syrup but maple syrup could work just as well.

If your mix isnt binding well, add 20g of coconut oil to help it bind together.
