Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl.

    2. Grind for 30 seconds on speed 7. Scrape down if necessary.

    3. Mix for another 20-30 seconds on speed 7.

    4. Form into small balls and coat with cocoa/cacao powder.

Tip

Alternative: roll the balls in sesame seeds or desicated coconut instead of cocoa/cacao powder

You can substitute the maple syrup with golden syrup. Or if you choose to leave the syrup out the balls will be drier.

Thank you for sharing! I made it with some changes. I could not understand from the recipe if you have in mind fresh or dried berries. As far as I didn't have fresh, I made it with 120 gr dried cranberies instead of blue+cran. I didn't have 30gr sesame seed, so I used 10gr and increased the by 20 gr the mix of sunflower and pumpkin seeds. I've got delicious truffles!
