Healthy Bliss Balls
- 100 g pitted prunes, Soaked
- 50 g dessicated coconut
- 2 heaped tablespoons dessicated coconut, For rolling
- 100 g rolled oats
- 50 g Peanut Butter, Smooth or crunchy
- 50 g Maple syrup, Or honey
- 1 scoops Protein Powder, Approximately 40g

- Add dates to a bowl and cover with boiling water for 10 minutes
- Save 1-2 tbls of the date water for adding moisture
- Add all ingredients to "Closed lid" and mix for 15secs, speed 8
- Use approximately one heaped tbls (or small cookie scoop) and roll mixture in your hands to make balls
- Roll balls in extra coconut.
- Refrigerate and enjoy!!
- Can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 months (if they last that long 😉
