Ingredients

Healthy Bliss Balls

  • 100 g pitted prunes, Soaked
  • 50 g dessicated coconut
  • 2 heaped tablespoons dessicated coconut, For rolling
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 50 g Peanut Butter, Smooth or crunchy
  • 50 g Maple syrup, Or honey
  • 1 scoops Protein Powder, Approximately 40g

Recipe's preparation

    Healthy Bliss Balls
  1. Add dates to a bowl and cover with boiling water for 10 minutes
  2. Save 1-2 tbls of the date water for adding moisture
  3. Add all ingredients to Closed lid"Closed lid" and mix for 15secs, speed 8
  4. Use approximately one heaped tbls (or small cookie scoop) and roll mixture in your hands to make balls
  5. Roll balls in extra coconut.
  6. Refrigerate and enjoy!!
  7. Can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 months (if they last that long 😉

Tip

These are delish! A healthy alternative to a Snickers Bar 🤭

I lightly spray my cookie scoop with oil to prevent it sticking
