Ingredients

Bliss balls

  • 60 grams almonds
  • 60 grams Cashews
  • 60 grams Pepita Seeds
  • 120 grams Dates (medjool)
  • 60 grams sultanas
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Peppermint essence oil
  • 30 grams dry buckwheat kernels

Recipe's preparation

    Bliss balls
  1. Place all ingredients except buckwheat kernels into the bowl and blend for 40-60 seconds (depending on consistency you are wanting) on speed 9.

     

    Add Buckwheat & blend Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 5 for 20sec or till combined

     

    Roll into balls and place into the fridge.

    These are amazing! I left out the peppermint so they were choc nut bliss balls.

    I really liked the crunch of the buckwheat .

    Everyone else loved them too! 😊

    Thanks for a great recipe. I didn't have any buckwheat kernels, so used puffed rice instead. Still gave it a good crunch. I also rolled in desiccated coconut before putting in fridge.
