Tip
This recipe is super easy and the fudge gained rave reviews as 'the most decadent fudge'. A St Patrick's Day last minute dessert. I just melted the choc/milk/butter mix a minute at a time until I got to the stage where all three melted together perfectly (5mins in my TM). Thanks very much Taste.com and Ms Lonnie.

This fudge has been an absolute hit! . It did take at least 24hours in the fridge to set so be patient. After it set, I put the fudge slab in the freezer to make it easier to cut with a sharp knife. I cut it into tiny squares and dusted with cocoa and gave it as xmas gifts. Delish thank you!
My fudge didn't set firm and was difficult to cut into pieces. All was not lost though, I reheated it and put into jars. I now have a decadent ice cream topping
Made this with Baileys instead of Irish Cream. Was delicious.
