- 90ml lemon juice
- 600ml thickened cream
- 395 grams sweetened condensed milk

1. Add philly cream cheese and lemon juice. Speed 5 for 5 seconds.
Set aside
2. Add butterfly. Add cream and condensed milk. Speed 3 for approx 4 minutes. It should look thick and creamy but not over whipped like cream that is in peaks.
3. Add lemon cream cheese back in. Speed 3 for 10 seconds.
4. Pour into container and freeze overnight.
You will need to remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
