  • 100 unsalted butter, Or just butter
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 3 Eggs.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill lemon zest and raw sugar for 20 secs on speed 10

    scrape bowl down and check for texture, you may need to mill again 

    Add butter, lemon juice and 3 eggs into TM bowl 

    Insert butterfly and cook for 8 mins at 80 degrees on speed 3

Tip

I serve it in small pre  made chocolate cases if I'm in a hurry or delicious with Anzac biscuits softened in a patty pan as a base. Garnish with fruit or foliage.

    So delish, I want to just eat it with a spoon. Followed the recipe to a tee. Measured in 50g lemon juice as I had just juiced a heap of lemons and wasn't sure how much 2 would be, and that worked perfectly.

    Really easy to make. Used the lemons off our tree so it wasn't as sweet as that you buy at the shops which made it taste even better. Used anzac biscuits as a base and then added a small dollop of whipped cream on top and YUMMO! Love
