Ingredients

  • This is so basic, but soooo delicious!! Serve it with piecesof fruit on a platter. Use wooden skewers or cocktail forks. Provide guests with a little plate of their own to place their fruit and dip on. Don't forget the marshmallows!
  • Mars Bar Dip
  • Serves 4 to 6 as dessert
  • 4 Mars Bars
  • 1 carton whipping cream
  • 3 tbspLiqueur - I have used Frangelico, Tia Maria, Cointreau all are delicious

Recipe's preparation

  1. Break Mars Bars into pieces and place into Closed lid"Closed lid" with cream. Mix on 70 degrees/speed 2 until melted and homogeneous. Add liqueur and mix a little more.





Tip

 Can be prepared in advance and reheated gently in the Varoma or over hot water on the stove.

    Loved it.  I used some Flaschengeist Chocolate Vodka & it was just great.  Poured it as a sauce over frozen bananas that I whizzed up in thermy. Thanks for sharing.

    Sorry, didn't see this question until now. Yes, it's fine to reheat or keep warm in a fondue pot.

    Hi, would this also reheat ok do you think in a fondue pot over a tea light candle? I am thinking it would make a great dessert for my fondue night! Thanks!
