Recipe's preparation

    Gummies prep
  1. 1. Pour freshly squeezed juice into TM bowl
  2. 2. Sprinkle gelatin over the juice and allow to bloom (absorb into water to make it almost jelly like)
  3. Slow Cooking"Slow Cooking" 5mins
    Warm Up"Warm Up" 70°
    Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" 3
  4. 4. Pour into silicone moulds and place in fridge for 30mins
  5. 5. Once set, pop them out and put into air right container

Tip

*Can use different fruit juice but know kiwi fruit doesn't work

*Depending on your fruit you use you may want to add some sweetener so either use maple or rice syrup or honey.

*Portion sizes can vary depending on sizes of moulds

*You can just pour into a tray and cut into strips which are easier for little ones to handle

*Baking time is 5mins but allow to cool is 30mins

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
