TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I love this recipe, is it supposed to be firm or a little chewy? Mine was a little chewy, but tastes great. What have I done wrong?
So easy and yummy. Also froze and defrosted perfectly. Will definitely make again. Yummy

Really delicious, never fail recipe!
Giada: hi there, not sure what you have done wrong but I've never had an issue with this recipe ever. As for sweetness, my customers always say that's it's not as sickly sweet as normal fudge.
The flavour is there (maybe a little too sweet...) but the texture... They are really crumbly and they look a bit messy...nothing like your lovely pic...
This is the second recipe of yours I've tried and I must say, you never disappoint! Delicious, thank you.
@Leeanne059 so that warrants only 3 stars? I find it smoothest fudge out of all others.
I made this adding the glucose syrup as I find it makes a smoother fudge (just my preference). I have also tried it with the choc orange oreos and it's even more delicious.
