  • 1 cm piece of fresh ginger
  • 825 g pineapple slice or pieces, canned, Include juice
  • 14 cubes ice, (1 tray)
  • 14 cubes frozen coconut milk, (1 tray)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl.

  2. Blend for 30-40 sec on Speed 10.

  3. Use spatula through lid to assist with blending.

  4. Pour into icy pole moulds and freeze 4-6hrs.

Tip

You will need to freeze coconut milk in an ice tray prior to making these icy poles. NOTE - Coconut milk does freeze quicker than water.

    Delicious and easy! I used a couple less ice cubes to make it a bit of a stronger flavour but both ways is great!
