- 30 g almonds, slivered
- 400 g chocolate, white in pieces
- 120 g thickened cream
- 200 g dried paw paw
- 50 g marshmallows, mini
- 35 g rice bubbles

Chop paw paw for 5 sec speed 8 and set aside
Chop chocolate for 3 sec speed 8
Add cream to chocolate and melt for 5 mins on 50deg speed 3
Allow to cool for 10 minutes
Add almonds, paw paw, rice bubbles and marshmallows to chocolate and mix on "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1 for 25-30 seconds with the aid of the spatula
Spoon mixture into mini paper cases and put in the fridge until set
