Raw Chocolate Slice

  • 200 g almonds
  • 100 g Shredded coconut
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 180 g Maple syrup
  • 200 g coconut oil
  • 50 g cacao powder

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Almonds in bowl. Mill for 10sec/sp9

  2. Add chia seeds and sredded coconut and process for 6sec/sp6

  3. Add all other ingredients and mix for 20sec/sp3 or until well combined.

  4. Line a 20cm baking tin with baking paper and pour in slice smoothing it out with the spatula.

  5. Freeze for 20mins or refrigerate for 1-2hours then cut into bite size pieces and serve.

Tip

If your coconut oil isn't runny you will end up with bits of solid coconut oil throughout the slice. If this bothers you  melt the coconut oil.

These must be kept chilled or they will melt on a warm day.
