Recipe's preparation

  1. Place nuts into bowl and chop on speed 9 for approx 30 seconds (until just starting to become oily/ stick together)

Add all ingredients into bowl and mix on speed 6 for 10 seconds

Roll into balls and roll in coconut if desired

Tip

These are best kept in the fridge, but served at room temperature.

If you are a dark chocolate lover, you could definitely add more cacao and reduce the sweetener. I have made these without sweetener and were still edible.

If the mix is too sticky to roll into balls, refrigerate until firmer

Yum! I used 80g of golden syrup as the sweetener and just for fun added 2 Tbsp of brandy.

So glad to find a yummy 'ball' recipe that doesn't have dates in it. (not a fan of dates.) These were so easy & are delicious with a fudgy consistency. My 3 year old loves them as a snack too!
