Bliss balls
- --- peel from 1 lemon, (I use a fine grater)
- 130 grams raw cashews
- 60 grams shredded or dessicated coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30 grams Maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- dessicated coconut for rolling

Add all ingredients to TM bowl.
With dial on closed lid position "Closed lid" , press turbo for 1 second. Repeat.
Scrape down bowl. Repeat step above to combine mixture.
Add dessicated coconut to a plate. Using hands, roll dough into bite-size balls and then roll in coconut to cover.
Keep in fridge and enjoy!

Taste wonderfull and so quick to make
So good! I also swapped maple syrup for RMS, and added the 50gm of dates, and the juice of the lemon, really added the zing to these! Will make again, next time with a mix of cashew and almonds.
They don't last long in mine either!

YUM! I swapped the maple syrup for rice malt syrup & added approx. 50g dates. Will be making these again!
