Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add coconut, cashews and walnuts to the bowl. Chop 10 seconds Speed 10

  2. Add coconut oil and vanilla extract. Turbo 5-7 times until a dough ball is formed.

  3. Roll in desiccated coconut.

  4. Scoop out teaspoon size amount of mixture and roll into a ball.

  5. Refrigerate for about an hour or until set.

Tip

These aren't an overly sweet bliss ball as I've done it as a full sugar free snack, however, you could replace the 130g coconut oil with 100g coconut oil and 30g malt rice syrup if you'd like a sweetener.

NOTE: This makes about 40 balls, you can easily half this recipe to make a smaller batch.

This recipe was created in a TM5. If you have a TM31 I would half the recipe.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
