Place all ingrediants into thermomix, Mix Speed 8 for 10 seconds

Mix again speed 6 for 10 seconds (Continue this till at the consistenacy you want)

Scoop out with your spatula into a bowl and enjoy !

Tip

For a sweeter whipped cream, add more caster sugar
