Ingredients
Fudge
- 290 g Raw cashew nuts (Pre soaked)
- 90 g Coconut Oil (melted)
- 60 g Maple Syrup (pure)
- 60 g Rice malt syrup
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 25 g Carob Powder
- 100 g water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon Orange Oil, Adjust to taste

Blend cashews, maple syrup, rice malt syrup, water and salt for 1min/speed 8. Scrape down sides.
Add coconut oil, cocoa powder, carob powder and orange oil and mix 1min/speed 8.
Pour into desired mould and freeze until firm.
Slice up and serve frozen.
Tip
Silicon moulds are great for when it comes time to remove slice
Mixture of carob and cocoa powder can be substituted for all of one.
Mixture of maple syrup and rice malt syrup can be substituted for all of one.
Flavour of orange oil looses strength after freezing.

These are ah-ma-zing. Used all cocoa as I didnt have carob and orange essence to taste. Didnt last long!!
