  • 40 g Raw Coconut Flakes
  • 40 g raw cashews, soaked & rinsed
  • 250 g water (adjust quantity to taste)
  • 3 small granny smith apples
  • 4 cubes ice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence/Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosewater essence
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • to taste syrup sweetener of choice

  1. Place coconut, cashews & water in TM bowl. Blend 1 min/spd 9.

     

  2. Add remaining ingredients, blend 1 min/spd 9.
