Ingredients

  • 1 Beetroot, fresh, peeled, cut quarters
  • 1 cucumber, skin on
  • 1 lemon, rind and pith removed
  • 1 Green Apple (skin on), stalk removed,cut quarters
  • 2 cm ginger, fresh
  • Few leaves of kale, or baby spinach
  • ice cubes, 1 or 2 good handfuls
  • 300 grams Water chilled, or Coconut Water
  • Frozen Berries, a good handful

  1. Add all prepared ingredients into TM bowl 2-3 mins/ speed 9


     

Tip

Recipe can be halved, Increase or Reduce liquid depending on thickness of juice desired. 

Ensure that cold liquids and ice is added to keep enzymes cold and prevent enzymes dying

    Glad you found your desired thickness and enjoyed the juice. Such a great kick starter, I found in the beginning i added more water also and thinned it out but over time have got used to it a bit thicker. You can keep you 48 hours but make sure you shake it up as it does settle. tmrc_emoticons.)

    This turned out very fibrous for me. I ended up adding 200ml more water and mixing again to incorporate. This does make a large quantity of smoothie. Delicious flavour too. I'll be drinking it for a quick breakfast over the next few days. Cheers  tmrc_emoticons.D
