Breakfast in a Glass

  • 1 tbsp seeds of choice (linseed, pumpkin, sunflower)
  • 35 g rolled oats
  • 1/2 vanilla bean
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 100 g ice cubes
  • 3 dates (or prunes), pitted
  • 1 banana
  • 100 g plain yoghurt
  • honey, to taste
  • other spices, (cinnamon, allspice - optional)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place seeds, oats, vanilla bean and nutmeg into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9.

  2. Add ice and dates and mill 5 sec/speed 9.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix 30 sec/speed 5 or until smooth.
