I tried this with home grown spinach and it tasted like whizzed up spinach 😂 safe to say I won't be trying this again.

I like this the first time I made and it's certainly thick and filling. However I found it too sweet second time round and it reminds me of marzipan.

To get the most out of my smoothie mix, once I've poured it all out , I cover the blades with fresh water/coconut water then rinse 5 sec / speed 5, repeat on Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" ,  repeat on Turbo and pour the liquid into an icecube tray to kickstart my next day's Green Smoothie or juice. Waste not, want not tmrc_emoticons.)

Wow I am suprised at the protein content! That is excellent. I will be replacing some of the protein diet shakes I have been using to loose some weight with this "green dream". Its nice to know exactly what is in it! tmrc_emoticons.;)
