Love this recipe!!! Thank you!!
I added more mint and only used 30g of sugar and its perfect 👌
I left the sugar out and took advice from other comments and added 240 of sofa water. Yummy recipe
Absolutely delicious! Strong, but sooo good! I'd still make it this way next time 😁
Great recipe. We similarly kept the same amount of Bicardia and up-sized it to 3 people serve as follows:
60 g sugar
14 mint leaves
3 limes, quartered
120 g Bacardi (White Rum)
180 g soda water
525 g ice
Served it in a tall glass with a big straw (to held keep it mixed). Fantastic and very authentic.
I doubled the recipe and made heaps of drinks. Lovely! Thanks!
Great recipe but doubled the mint to make more authentic (just got back from Mexico where they use a lot of mint). Yummy
way too much Bacardi for 2 drinks in this recipe. We increased the serves so it made three rather than two serves with the 120g Bacardi and it was nice. Still really enjoyed but will tweak further next time!
30g sugar
1 like quartered
1 tray of ice
