Ingredients
- 250 g water, Cold & filtered is best
- 20-30 g macadamia nuts, (I don't normally measure- just throw in a small handful)
- 4 --- Medjool Dates- pitted
- 1 tbsp Cocao powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 Haas Avocado
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp Cocao Nibs, Optional- for topping

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1) Add all ingredents except the cocao nibs (if using) to the bowl.
2) Blend Speed 9 for 60-90 seconds until smooth.
3) Poor into a glass, top with cocao nibs and enjoy.
Tip
You could also use a dairy free milk, just replace the water and macadamias with your chosen milk.
This is quite filling due to the avocado (healthy fats)
I have also made this adding a few drops of pepermint oil to make a yummy choc mint milkshake.
