- 30 g Tequila
- 150 g ice cubes
- 20 g castor sugar
- 250 g fresh pineapple, roughly chopped
- 400 g water
- 30 g Grenadine

Pour tequila into large glass, set aside.
Place ice, pineapple and sugar into mixing bowl and chop 30 sec / speed 9.
Add water and mix 1 min / speed 8.
Pour mix into glass with tequila.
Drizzle grenadine over the top, serve immediately.
The tequila can be ommitted to create a refreshing summer drink for the kids.
