I loved this recipe, full of flavour and the curry took away the strong flavour of salmon and made it more enjoyable. I will be definitely making it again. It was very easy in the Thermo. I did add a can of peas and corn. Thank you very much for taking the time to post it.

Fabulous recipe, loved the flavour. First I cooked some rice in the bowl with the steamer basket, and steamed silverbeet above in the varoma. I put these in the thermoserver while I cooked the mornay. For the mornay I used a flat teaspoon of curry powder. I used arrowroot flour instead of cornflour, and this thickened the sauce nicely. Cooked the last step on reverse speed. Served just enough for 5 of us.

I didn't read the comments before making this & wish I had as I found mine to be far too runny, flavour was awesome though. Next time I will reduce milk liquid by half. Had this with steamed broc & beans and a side of recipe community "non-fried fried rice" and it was very yummy.

Really delicious. I also followed the EDC bechamel sauce and added corn and peas.

The kids gobbled it up and want the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.  Happy days  tmrc_emoticons.)

I doubled the mixture to 500 ml as per the bechamel sauce in the EDC book + added about 20g more GF flour.  I also added a handful of grated cheese, peas and corn + I only 1 tsp of curry powder (to satisfy a 5 yo palate).  I served it with Organ GF Buckwheat pasta and it was delicious.  Thanks for the recipe!

Very good , as previously said a bit runny so next time more flour and less milk.

Super quick and easy, the whole family loved it. My sauce was a little bit too runny, needed to be thicker. So maybe next time I will try less milk or more flour. Will definitely have again though  tmrc_emoticons.)

Made this for dinner tonight and what a great dish!

It is so quick and easy to make!  I would add some steamed veges.
