I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
BREAD CRUMBS:
First of all, make your bread crumbs from any stale bread, pita bread or the like. I have used leftover Naan bread which has lots of garlic and seeds for added flavour. Place bread in "Closed lid" and chop for 3-4 secs on speed 7. You can adjust this setting depending on the texture you like your crumbs !
FISH MIXTURE:
Place the fish fillets, salt and garlic into "Closed lid" and chop 5 secs on speed 7. Add bread pieces, milk and cream cheese then mix for 10 secs on speed 7. Form fish mixture into balls by rolling with your hands, then dip into the beaten egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs. Heat olive oil in a in a deep pan and shallow fry until golden brown.
Tip
Try these fish balls with homemade potato wedges and your favourite dipping sauce. Chicken can be used instead of fish. Serve with mashed potato from the Everyday Cookbook - simply delish !

Great tasty recipe. One of the rare fish dishes that my husband enjoyed. Thanks
These were easy to make and delicious! I used frozen firm fish fillets that needed to be used. Served with potato salad. Yummo mummo 😋
This is a winner with our family. Just tried it tonight but I made them more like little nuggets. We called them fish nuggets. Thanks for sharing.
