- 2 1/2 teaspoons dried crushed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1/2 teaspoon rock salt
- 500 grams Raw Prawn Meat
- 60 grams TM unsalted butter

Combine all the dry ingrediants into mixing bowel Varoma / 2 min / speed 1.Let cool then mill 10-20 sec / speed 9 or until desired texture achieved.
scrape down and set a side.
Pre heat frying pan or BBQ hot plate, add butter & 1 tablespoon TM GARLIC & HERB SEASONING
Heat butter untill foming.
Add prawns and cook untill just turning Pink.

Tip
Oven temperatures are for conventional; if using fan-forced (convection), reduce the temperature by 20˚C.
We use Australian tablespoons and cups:
1 teaspoon equals 5 ml;
1 tablespoon equals 20 ml;
1 cup equals 250 ml.
All herbs are fresh (unless specified) and cups are lightly packed.
All vegetables are medium size and peeled, unless specified.All eggs are 55-60 g, unless specified.
