Ingredients
Mixture
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 sweet potato
- 3 leaves bok choy
- 1 cm ginger, (optional)
- Corn
- peas
- florets of brocoli
- 50 g oil, (I use rice oil)
- 250 g water
- 100 g Yogurt, (or I use Keffir milk)
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock (BCB)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 red chilli, (optional)
- 2 Tuna in springwater tins (130g)
Dough
- 4 Eggs (medium size)
- 170 g cooking oil, (I use rice oil)
- 300 g Milk, (Can use Soy/Oat/Almond milk)
- 4 tbsp millet flour
- 4 tbsp gluten free flour, (can use rice flour or chickpea flour or the mixture of both)
- 4 tbsp spelt flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder (GF)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, carrot, sweet potato, brocolo and bok choy into TM bowl. Chop on spd 5 fro 4-6 sec;
2. Add oil and cook for 4 min on 100 degrees spd 1;
3. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 20 min on Varoma temp spd 1;
4. If sauce is too runny, add a little more cornfour and cook for an extra couple of minutes on Varoma tm spd 1.
5. Set filling mixture aside
6. No need to rinse the bowl, add all the dough mixture ingreients into, eggs, flours, oil, milk, baking powder, salt and turmeric. Mix it for 10 sec spd 4.
7. Place half of the dough mixute into a greased tray, then pour all the tuna and vegetable filling into covering with the other haolf of the dough mixture, use the spatula do mix the dough and filling together.
8. Bake it for around 25-35 min at 180Degrees.

Tip
Variation: This same recipe can be done with chicken or minced meat or even only vegetable! Check out the "Rapha's chicken vegetable quiche" recipe!
I mixed 3 different flours, to reduce the gluten content for the recipe. Feel free to atempt doing it with only gluten free flour or even with a regular white flour.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Thanks for asking.. I have just updated the recipe to use 2 x 130g tuna tins. But you can always add more or less it depends how much tuna flavour you want
