Ingredients

  • 200 g wheat grains, (Need to soak in Water for 30 min)
  • 500 g water
  • 10 g mint leaves
  • 10 cubes ice
  • 100 g Brown Onion Halved
  • 500 g Mince Meat, (beef or lamb)
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 red chilli
  • 40 g Walnut
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 10 g parsley
  • 25 g Grapeseed Oil

Filling

  • Small cubes of Cheddar cheese or Mozzarella cheese

Recipe's preparation

    Mixture preaparation
  1. 1.Soak wheat in water for approximately 30 min.

    2.Once soaked, rinse and squeeze the grains with your hands to remove water excess.

    3.Pre-heat oven at 180 Degrees.

    4.Insert Walnut into the bowl and process for 5 sec / speed 5. Set aside.

    5.Add mint and parsely leaves into the bowl and chop for 2 sec / Speed 7. Add ice cubes, onion and garlic chop 5 sec / speed 5. Add oil and saute for 5 min/100degrees/Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" .

    6.Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 min/Varoma/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" . Add reserved walnut and mix on speed 4 for 10 sec.

    7.Remove mixture into a flat tray with baking papaer and make mince balls cakes shape inserting a small cheese cube in the middle of the ball. Bake it for around 30 minutes or if using an airfryer - bake it at 160 degrees for 7-10 min.

     

Tip

Once baked - Squeeze lemon juice on top of the Kibe balls for an extra flavour before serving.

The original recipe is deep-fried, feel free to fry it, bjt baking also work well.
