Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Needs more liquid
This was yummy
Thought this was pretty good although it was a bit watery. We eat tuna mornay pretty regularly so will try again to see if it works better!
Mine had too much tuna, not enough mornay! I know to adjust for next time.
I like the idea of using coconut milk as suggested in the comment below, will also try that next time.
Expected that the cheese should be set aside like a risotto halved the recipe and used lite coconut milk. Was great. Thank you
i didn't either! Very annoyed as like you have no idea how it will turn out now. she needs to change the recipe. I'll have to give it a 1 star rating as I'm sure it's a disaster now
Don't forget to set the cheese aside after Step 1... I didn't.... Wish me luck
Very nice ... had 10 people coming for tea so I did 1 /12 times the recipe in my TM5, worked very well. Had plenty, 1 quantity would've been ample.
I also used frozen vegies, didn't make any difference to the cooking time.
Tasted pretty good. I used frozen veggies though, so actually took longer than the recipe specified (used a thermochef though)
