lchf fish curry
- 750g firm fish fillets, i used frozen
- 2tbs coconut oil
- 1tsp Ground Coriander
- 1tbs Ground Cardomon
- 1tsp ground tumeric
- 12tsp ground ginger
- 1/2tsp chilli flakes
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 650g cauliflower
- 2cans coconut milk

- add coconut oil to jug
add coriander/cardomon/tumeric/ginger/chilli/3 bay leaves/cinnamon stick broken i half
cook 3mins/120/rev/speed soft
add coconut milk and cauliflower to jug probably next time i will put half cauliflower into lower level of varoma as it did break down but was still ok
place fish into top of varoma put into position and cook 15-17min/rev/varoma speed 1

Tip
i would probably would put half cauliflower to lower level of varoma and will update next time i cook this i did add more chilli and seasoned with salt and pepper it is a mild creamy curry you could serve with rice or for lchf a green to cut the creamyness
