I used rump steak and added a bit more time. I also used silverbeet. It was beautiful.

Beautiful! Used diced chuck steak, reduced  chilli to one and used a tin of tomatoes instead of fresh tomatoes, 1/2 the tin of water and a tablespoon of vegie stock. So yummy. Hubby and i loved it but still too hot for the kids, they would have eaten it all if it wasnt so spicy. Oh and used 5 fresh Silver beet leaves chopped instead of baby spinach. Wish i had taken a photo for you to use because this is a winner!

Gold!!! This recipe is 'gold' !!! I can make it with the usual basics I have.

i like it with extra veg(finely chopped zucchini-add with tomato and chopped green capsicum- add with spinach).

    really easy and tasty!

Soooo yummy! I didn't have any pre ground coriander handy so just upped the amount of garam masala. One of my new fave curries. I used rump steak not mince, so tender!

Hi, do you think you could use frozen spinach?  (its all i have at the moment) - if so how would you recommend amending?  (sorry new to thermomix)

    Thanks

The flavour of this dish was great and it was so simple to make. I did find it was too waterey at the end of the cooking time but next time will remove the MC for the duration. A great mid week dinner.
