When using canned tomatoes, it looks nothing like the picture shown but there is way more of the delicious sauce . Really nice with fresh cherry tomatoes as well.
Great for meal prepping, this dish stores up to 3 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer. Freeze into individual portions for an easy supper.

Recipe is created for
TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Well this recipe kept coming up but i was not sure of the name so incase someone else is curious - What is the meaning of Tinaktak?
Tinaktak is a Chamoru dish from the Marianas, comprising finely chopped pieces of meat with vegetables and cooked in coconut milk. The name comes from the Chamoru word taktak, an onomatopoeia from the sound of meat being chopped/tenderized. Traditionally, it is from chopped meat, but oftentimes ground meat is used.
