Ingredients

Chilli

  • 500 grams Beef Mince -
  • 1 onion large, Chopped in 1/4s
  • 200 grams mushrooms
  • 2-3 Peeled cloves garlic
  • 2 cans tomatoes, Or red kidney beans
  • 1 heaped tablespoon cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1-2 jalapeños, Sliced
  • dash tomato sauce
  • dash Worsteshire sauce

Sides & garnish

  • 2 Cups white rice, Steamed
  • 1 Corn chips
  • 300 grams sour cream, for garnish
  • Grated cheese for topping

Recipe's preparation

    Chilli
  1. 1. Put onion garlic in Closed lid"Closed lid" 20 seconds speed 3-5

    2  Sauté 5 mins VEROMA speed 2

    3. Add mushroom. Sauté 5 mins VEROMA speed 2

    4. Add mince 5 mins VEROMA speed 2

    5. Add beans , tomatoe sauce, worsteshire sauce plus 1 jalapeño . Nice Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" 20 mins 100 degrees 

  2. When finish test for taste. Add more cayenne pepper if needed. Or even SWEET CHILLI SAUCE. 

  3. Serve with either steamed rice or on a bed of corn chips  with grated cheese on top and sour cream 

Tip

I sometimes add extra veges to this like brocali or grated carrot.

    Tried your recipe the other nice was very nice, hubby was very happy. had with one can of tomato and one can of beans. didnt say where to put the cayenne pepper but we worked it out. will have it again.
