Nice flavour however the recipe needs some corrections. Doesn't state the temperature at two steps, I assumed it mean't 100 rather than 10min in both steps. It has butter listed as an ingredient (says to omit for a healther option) but doesn't say when to actually add it in the recipe.
Delicious curry!! I added extra chilli because we like the spice and it was amazing!
Cooked this tonight and was relatively straight forward and tasted nice.
If you are using fresh spinach leaves like me, I added an extra step after the boiling step to blend them up a bit. I think it was 3 secs on speed 7.
Also, make sure you drain the pureed spinach mix well as the extra bit of water, on top of the milk/tomato, can make it a little runnier than it is supposed to be.
cooked this last night. was yum! ! hubby made it on stove though as he preferred to cook rice in thermie ( we were hungry so couldn't wait! )
Just checking what temperature I should be cooking on during both the tomato/spice time and the chicken time. I'm going to assume 100.
