Ingredients
Crumb Mix
- 100 grams Almonds (raw)
- 50 grams sesame seeds
- heaped tablespoon oregano or thyme
- heaped teaspoon Paprika powder
- pinch Salt and pepper
Chicken Mix
- 500 gram chicken raw, Diced
- 20 grams Crumb mix
- 100 grams shredded cheese
- oil to fry

Add all crumb mixture ingredients to
"Closed lid" mill 3 sec sp 9. Then put aside for later.without washing bowl add diced chicken, crumb mix and cheese to
"Closed lid" . Mince ingregients 20sec sp8. Roll chicken mixture into bite size balls and roll in crumb mixture.
Pre heat oven to 180. Shallow fry balls (I slightly flattened mine) for 2 mins each side and place on baking tray.
Bake for 15 mins at 180 and ENJOY!!!
Tip
Can make into larger patties for burgers.
