TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

So easy and everyone in the family loves it. Leftovers are just as nice the next day.
Super yummy, can't believe how quick and easy it is too.
This is such a TASTY delicious Soup! LOVED it! Thank you. I used the stem only of teh broccoli as it all went into another recipe the night before & my Brie was also a left over from the week end before entertainment. So it was a little "runny" and old looking, but soooo creamy! Great outcome, as I hate wasting food
I love this soup
Fantastic!
I have made this with both Brie and with blue cheese. Both are totally divine!
Great receipe. Only used cauliflower and substituted sour cream for cream and Parmesan for Brie 70gms each. Delicious.
Just made this for a lunch at local cancer council support centre. So many compliments. I made a double batch and could have made even more. They just loved it. Thank you for this great recipe.
This was great. I didn't have any camembert or brie cheese so used parmesan instead. So easy and very tasty. Definitely make again.
Made this but with Halloumi cheese and milk as I didn't have the other ingredients and it was delicious! Definately making again.
