I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Put shallots and green beans and parsley in TM and chop for 5 seconds at Speed 7.
Add oil and saute for 2 minutes at speed 1 at 100'c
Add flour and stir for 3 seconds on speed 4
Add water and cook 1 minute at 70'c on Speed 1
Place chicken, stock, syrup into bowl and cook for 5 minutes at 100'c, "Counter-clockwise operation" and "Gentle stir setting"
Add cream and cook for 20 minutes, at 100'c on "Counter-clockwise operation" and "Gentle stir setting" .
Spoon a portion of the mixture onto a puff pastry sheet and fold into a parcel. Do this for each parcel required leaving some of the mixture aside to use as a pour over sauce.
Lightly brush the parcels with water and bake the parcels in the oven for approx 20 - 30 minutes until golden.
When parcels are cooked, place onto a plate and drizzel the remaining mixture over the parcel. A small amount of water can be added if the mixture is too thick.
Serve with salad or vegetables.
Maple Syrup Chicken Parcels
Tip
If you prefer a thicker sauce you can add some cornflour and a little water paste and cook for further 2 minutes at 100'c "Counter-clockwise operation" and "Gentle stir setting" .
Sauce can also be eaten without baking into puff pastry with rice or vegetables.
This is suitable for the FAILSAFE DIET.

Hi, very keen to try this - I could be having a blonde moment but what temperature do you cook it at in the oven stage? Thanks
Awesome enjoyed by the whole family, we had it served over rice
Had to edit to give it 5 Stars
Delicious!
My friend introduced me to this recipe, and I was impressed. Keen to make this one more often now.
Soooooo good!
This was really tasty. Tried it last night & it was a hit with the whole family. We had it with vegetables so the four generous serves were way too big for us, we ended up sharing two between the four of us - leftovers, yay!
Next time I'll add the corn flour to thicken it up because the sauce was runnier than I usually like but that meant it was great to drizzle over our veggies.
Will definitely be having again!
Loved this!!
this was so delicious my 8yr old daughter requested it again for dinner tonight! Am going to try it as a pie too!
