  • 4 carrots, (Peeled into noodles)
  • 1 tbsp coconut amino sauce
  • 2 eggs

  1. Place garlic in bowl - 5/-/8, repeat untill charlic is chopped.
  2. Add Chicken to bowl and sautee - Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 1:00/120/Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"
    Chop parts of Broccolini you dont wish to eat.
  3. Add Broccolini - Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 2:00/120/Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"
    Use a peeler to make carrot noodles.
  4. Add Carrot - Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 4:00/120/Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"
  5. Add Coconut amino sauce - Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 3:00/120/Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"
  6. While chicken and broccoli is cooking, scramble eggs in fry pan.
  7. Combine eggs and chicken in a thermoserver and serve.

Tip

Swap Chicken for other vegetables to create a vegetarian version.
Can substitute Coconut amino sauce with 1Tbsp ketchup manus, or 1tbsp soy sauce with pinch of brown sugar.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
